Accessibility

Meaningful support relies on you being able to engage on your own terms, without unnecessary barriers. As someone with lived experience, I have learned that therapy is most effective when the space adapts to the person, not the other way around. Accessibility, therefore, has been the very blueprint upon which my practice was built, not an afterthought.

From your first click of booking a free initial video consultation, to the quiet privacy of our online room or the physical layout of our face-to-face space, I have intentionally cultivated our journey to be as seamless and supportive as possible.

As this is a small, independent practice, I may not always have every resource or technical answer ready up front. However, my commitment is that you will not have to navigate those boundaries alone. If there is a barrier in our way, I welcome an open conversation where we can listen to each other, get creative, and find a meaningful way forward together.
