Terms and Conditions of Use
Website and Client Portal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and its integrated client portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using this site and contact your therapist directly to arrange alternative communication or onboarding methods.

2. Description of Digital Services

This website and its digital portals serve as informational and administrative tools for private therapy practice management, booking, and secure document collection. These digital services are not monitored 24/7 and do not constitute a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (such as 999 or 111) or go to your nearest accident and emergency department.

3. Password Security and Account Responsibility

Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any secure access links, portals, or passwords provided to you. You agree not to share these credentials with unauthorised individuals and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised security access.

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

Users agree to use this website and portal strictly for legitimate clinical, booking, and administrative purposes. Any attempt to disrupt the website’s security, reverse-engineer its components, upload malicious code, or submit fraudulent or abusive data is strictly prohibited.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our digital infrastructure utilises secure, external third-party platforms (including but not limited to Dorik, Google Drive, Microfost 365) to host pages, process forms, and manage bookings. While we carefully select partners with strict data security standards, your use of those specific tools is also subject to their respective infrastructure terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The original content, layout, design, and text displayed on this website are the intellectual property of this practice unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to third-party media, such as stock photography, which is used under appropriate licensing agreements (such as the background photography by ActionVance on Unsplash).
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any original website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of this website and its portals. However, to the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for temporary technical interruptions, data transmission delays caused by user internet connections, or third-party server outages beyond our direct control.
